We guarantee our paintings to be of the finest quality and workmanship and if you are not satisfied you may follow the following return policy.
Return Policy:
Kendall Davenport Fine Art Images will accept returns under certain conditions:
1. If it is returned within two weeks from the invoice date.
2. If it is in sellable condition.
3. If it was a mistake made on our part.
4. If you do not like the product you ordered, you will be refunded the merchandise total but not the shipping- and you will be responsible for the shipping to return the item(s) back to us.
Damaged Product Policy:
Kendall Davenport Fine Images will accept responsibility for damaged product if there was damage done while shipping–if certain conditions are followed:
1. Do NOT through away the original box and contents. UPS will need everything that was shipped to you.
2. After we are contacted- we will contact UPS and they will come back to your residence for a pick up. Once again-they MUST have all original contents and it must be taped back up and ready for pickup.
3. For damaged deliveries from USP (United States Postal) tape up and ship back to us. We will refund your postage and send out a new item.
4. Contact Kendall Davenport Fine Art Images as soon as the merchandise arrives. If it is a gift-PLEASE open the box to make sure it was not damaged and let us know if it is. No merchandise will be accepted for return after a 2 week period. Our number is (208-356-5036).
5. We will ship you another item to replace the damaged one as soon as the paperwork is completed.

Fine Art Paper 17": shipped USP $5.95
Canvas unframed: shipped UPS or FEDX $20
Canvas framed: $40 to $75 depending on size and distance shipped
All paintings will be insured and have delivery confirmation.
